Changing the Current User's Password

Follow the instructions below to change the password of the user currently logged in.

1. Log on to the Gadget Server Management Console.

2. Click the "Configure" menu and click "Users and Roles" to access the "System User Store."

3. Click on the "Change My Password" link.

4. The "Change Password" window appears. Populate the required fields and click "Change."

Note:

Any user with "login" permission can change his/her password using the GS Management Console. However, the current password is required to change it.

Note:

If you have forgotten your current password, please contact your administrator who can reset it without the current password.

5. A notification displays that the current user's password has been changed. Click "OK."
