Sample Business Scenario for Zoho CRM
You can use the Zoho CRM connector to manage the following key use cases in a business scenario:
- Initiating Marketing in Zoho CRM
- Processing Sales in Zoho CRM
- Managing Orders in Zoho CRM
- Managing Support Cases in Zoho CRM
The following diagram illustrates the steps you take in each of these use cases and the external applications (Facebook, Campaign Monitor, CallRail, QuickBooks, and JIRA) you could integrate with along the way using the relevant ESB connectors.
Setting up the environment
To run this business scenario, take the following steps:
- Upload the following connectors to the ESB:
- For each of these connectors, extract and import their security certificate to the
client-truststore.jks
keystore by running thekeytool
command inwso2esb-4.8.1/repository/resources/security
. - Add the sequences and templates from
<ZOHOCRM_CONNECTOR_HOME>/zohocrm-integrated-scenarios/src/common
to the ESB. - Each scenario folder consists of sub-folders named "Case-xxx". To execute a particular case, upload the corresponding proxy and template files that reside in the sub-folder into the ESB.
